Villa Fontanelle is a villa with swimming pool located in a two-family complex.
The house, spread over 150 square meters on 2 floors, is located in a very quiet area 2 km from the sea and has a splendid view of the Aeolian Islands and the Gulf of Patti.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is structured on two floors:

GROUND FLOOR: a kitchen, a large living / dining room with a sofa bed suitable for hosting 2 people and a bathroom. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, two with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, all equipped with air conditioning; 1 bathroom with tub / shower.

Outside it opens onto a garden and a terrace with a table to allow you to have lunch or dinner outside! From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. From the swimming pool the view is even better and you will feel like you can “touch the sea”.

Access for guests
IMPORTANT: my family lives in the other part of the villa, so the pool is shared. The part we rent has an independent entrance and garden so your privacy is safe!

Among the many strengths of Villa Fontanelle one is certainly its position: Patti is in fact the perfect spot for those who want to discover the best that Sicily has to offer. It is essential to have a car to get around at best both within Patti and in Sicily.
